Furthermore, the suit claims Garcia was systematically deprived of sleep during his incarceration. These conditions, Garcia asserts, constitute a severe violation of his human rights and underscore the potential dangers faced by individuals deported to countries with questionable human rights records, particularly within detention facilities. The lawsuit seeks accountability for the alleged mistreatment and sheds light on the potential consequences of deportation policies.
