Renaissance Rekindled

The Texas Renaissance Festival (TRF) is returning for its 51st season, running every Saturday and Sunday from October 5th through December 1st, plus Thanksgiving Friday. Located in Todd Mission, Texas, the festival promises a season full of historical re-enactments, themed weekends, and entertainment.

This year’s themed weekends include: Oktoberfest, 1001 Dreams, Pirate Adventure, All Hallows Eve, Barbarian Invasion, Celtic Christmas, and a new theme, Time Travelers Weekend. Each weekend will offer specialized activities and performances tailored to the theme.

The festival features over 20 stages with continuous live entertainment, including musicians, magicians, jugglers, and theatrical performances. Attendees can explore hundreds of artisan booths offering unique crafts, clothing, and food. Food and beverage options range from traditional Renaissance fare to modern-day treats.

The Texas Renaissance Festival aims to transport visitors back in time, offering an immersive experience with costumed performers and historical settings. With its diverse range of activities and attractions, the TRF anticipates welcoming thousands of visitors throughout its nine-week run.
