Bucks Crash: Handgun Threat

According to police reports, a road rage incident in Lakewood, Colorado, escalated into a felony menacing charge against a man named Kevin Eastman. The incident began when Eastman allegedly tailgated another driver, then sped around the vehicle, nearly causing a collision. The victim stated that after both vehicles stopped at a traffic light, Eastman exited his car, approached the victim’s vehicle, and brandished a black handgun.

The victim reported feeling threatened by Eastman’s actions and drove away to a safe location before calling the police. Law enforcement officers located Eastman based on the victim’s description of his vehicle and license plate number. During a traffic stop, Eastman was found to be in possession of a black handgun, matching the description provided by the victim.

Eastman was subsequently arrested and charged with felony menacing, which carries a potential prison sentence. He was booked into the Jefferson County jail. Further details about the case, including Eastman’s plea and any potential mitigating factors, were not immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
